What that means in practice

01

Trials are the whole family

The trial is every weight and every axis, watermarked in the licence file rather than crippled in the outlines. You cannot judge a typeface from three weights, and a foundry that gives you three is protecting itself from your judgement.

02

Perpetual, and no page limits

Licences do not expire and are not metered by traffic. Charging a publisher more because more people read them is a strange way to price a tool that costs nothing to copy.

03

Self-hosted only

The webfonts are files you serve. There is no foundry CDN, so no request from your reader’s browser to us, and nothing for us to log. A type licence should not come with a tracking pixel.

04

Updates are free and versioned

Every release is dated and kept. When a face is revised you get the new one and the old one keeps working, because a font update that reflows a book is not a favour.

Questions we are asked

Do licences expire?
No. Once bought, a licence covers that version and every later one, for as long as you use it. There is no renewal and no invoice you have to remember.
Is there a traffic limit?
No. A web licence is per domain, not per pageview. Charging a publisher more because more people read them is a strange way to price a file.
Where are the fonts served from?
Yours. You get woff2 files and host them. We run no CDN, so no reader of your site ever makes a request to us, and there is nothing for us to log.
Can I modify the outlines?
For a logo, yes, and you do not need to ask. For anything you redistribute, write to us first. Source files for all 3 families are available on request.
